We Are One of the Premiere Culinary School in Iloilo City

La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts is an esteemed institution and partner of TESDA dedicated to nurturing culinary talent and excellence. It aims to provide high- quality training focused on first-hand experience and exposure that will equip the trainees with competency and skills fitted to the standard of culinary industry.

Established in 2016, La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts – Iloilo City was borne out of need for business and industry demand by Chef Don Infante with a proven track record in the field of Culinary Arts.

FOUNDER

                 Chef Don was born with a passion for food and a deep connection to his roots in Iloilo, Chef Don pursued his culinary education at the renowned Culinary Capital of the Philippines in Pampanga City.

                 After completing his studies, Chef Don’s culinary journey took him to the United States, where he had the opportunity to teach culinary arts at a luxury hotel in Missouri for three years. His time abroad not only broadened his culinary horizons but also gave him valuable insights into global culinary trends and the importance of a solid educational foundation in the culinary arts.

Goals and Objectives

The goals and objective of La Flamme Bleue are student-centered. Our main goal is to hone the culinary skills of our students, to instill to our future chefs social and leadership values, and to prepare them to be one of the leading chefs of the culinary industry. La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts aims to be the breeding ground for excellent and socially-responsible chefs. It is our objective to provide a significant increase in the number of Ilonggo chefs who are successful in their chosen career by raising the culinary standards in the province. We see our students to be the next executive chefs of different restaurants in the country.

Lifestyle Classes

La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts, identified a series of classes and workshops that can deliver an excellent education to its students. It provides series of lifestyle classes—short one-day to one-week courses that introduce students to specific culinary techniques, cuisines and specialty courses.

CERTIFICATE IN CULINARY ARTS

This is a 6-month program that teaches students the fundamentals of Culinary Arts. Students will learn the very basic and advance skills they will need to perform in an international culinary setting. This 20-week long journey will include the proper knife skills, cooking methods and basic baking skills. Moreover, the different activities designed throughout the program will teach and test the students’ creativity and passion while nurturing individual skills and teamwork.

DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS

This one year course is designed for students who wish to learn the Fundamentals of Culinary Arts and be introduced to International Cuisines. After the 6-month program of intensive culinary arts studies, the students will then have to experience the cuisines of the world. This part of the program will allow them to compete further in the international level. Professional Chefs of different cuisines will have students expanding their palettes.
