Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts
The 1-Year Diploma is a program that delves into the Fundamentals and Innovations of the Culinary Arts and acquaints trainees with the standards of International Cuisines. Also included in the program is the Basic and International Baking sessions; this component of the course allows them to explore the skills and technique vital in the baking and pastry industry.
